The Croydon Safeguarding Children Partnership (CSCP) works together to:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements 
  • Conduct Safeguard Practice Reviews and child death co-ordination 
  • Monitor multi-agency safeguarding performance 
  • Share multi-agency practice and procedures 
  • Provide multi-agency learning and development 
  • Carry out multi-agency audits

Safeguarding Practice Review Group (SPRG) Oversight of Rapid Reviews and Safeguarding Practice Reviews. Responsible for commissioning and publishing LCSPRs.  Bi-monthly meetings
Quality Improvement Group (QIG) Multi-agency audit and performance management to evidence the effectiveness of the arrangements including Section 11. Monthly meetings
Learning and Improvement Group (LIG) Monitors uptake and effectiveness of training. Integrate insights from local and national reviews to continuously improve practice. Bi-monthly meetings
