MASH update

3 October 2023

We have now fully implemented our Portal referral pathway and all referrals into MASH should now be made via the Portal.

How to make a referral?

To make a referral for Children’s Social Care, Early Help or an Emotional Well-being & Mental Health (EWMH) service, please submit a referral via: Croydon MASH - Referral Form

To submit a request for information, please submit this via: Croydon MASH information

Both links will take you through to a landing page, which will provide some additional information to assist you. You will receive an automated acknowledgement once you submit your referral.

The Portal does require users to set up an account.

Please see the attached guides on Registering a Portal account and completing a Portal referral.

If you have any issues in setting up an account or technical problems with using the Portal, please contact CRSProject@croydon.gov.uk

Please see our FAQs and referral guidance information sheet attached.
